This UDOT project began August 26, 2019. It involves the widening of existing shoulders for 2 miles on Hwy 191 in San Juan County. There will be roadway excavation, rock excavation, drainage improvements and new guardrails as well as daily blasting from mile markers 107 to 109 every Monday-Thursday at 11 am. This project is anticipated to take 120 days to complete.
